Motion Offense (Flare Screen Shooting)
Three lines with the ball on top. Coach or manager will have ball on right side on top. #1 passes to #2 on the right wing and receives a flare screen from #3. #1 cuts to the back side of the floor looking for the skip pass from #2. #2 catches and shoots the basketball while #3, after screening, shapes up and pops to the basketball receiving a pass from the coach or manager for the jump shot. All three players rotate one line to the right and the next three players step up to start the drill again. After several repetitions, begin again by passing the ball to the left side and flare screen shooting to the right side. |
