#3 inbounds the ball to #4, #2 breaks hard to just inside mid-court. #1 posts up in the middle. #3 steps inbounds on the ballside of the floor. #5 is deep for the over the top pass.

If #4 hits #2 at just before mid-court, #2 will then hit #1 cutting down the middle and #1 will read the defense, either hitting #2 or #5 cutting.

If #4 hits #1 we are ready to attack down the middle.

If #4 cannot hit #1 or #2, he will throw back to #3 and will hit #1 cutting to mid-court. #2 will now fill the middle of the floor. #5, your poorest ballhandler, will rotate opposite the ball.
