#1 enters the ball to #2 on the ball side wing and then cuts through to the ball side corner.

#4 slides over and fills #1's spot and #3 moves down into the lane.

#2 reverses the ball to #4 who passes to #3 who has broken down and then cut out to get open for the pass from #4.

Once #3 receives the ball, #2 cuts to the ball side block off of the back screen from #5. #5 then turns and screens down for #1. #4 also sets a screen creating a staggered screen action for #1 to get open on the top for a shot.
