HELP IN HOW TO TEACH BIG MEN

Hi
I have just started coaching my first Senior mens team. I have coached many youths but I have never had a problem with big men being afraid of rebounding or attacking the rim. I have lost 2 games so far by 2 point my Point Guard comes out with more rebounds than My 2 6foot7 guys. One wants to shoot from the free throw the whole time but never scores. The other just cant follow what we he told and always gets me into early foul trouble. I had to enter our last game as a player coach and i went in the 3rd because of these two players and i'm only 5"9 and I still rebounded I need help
