I know its hard to get some kids to play as a team. One thing I always do is set team goals. Under 10 turnoevers for example. Also holding the other team under a certain point total. I coach Varsity High School basketball so I always use 50 points. And if they fail to meet our goals then they as a team failed and are disciplined as a team, whether its suicides, pushups, etc;
