Teaching kids to move on offense

I've got a team of 9-10 year old boys and girls. They play fantastic defense, but they're really weak on offense. I've tried a couple different offensive sets (2-3 and 3 out 2 in) and neither has worked well. Most of the players stand close to their "spot" and wait for the ball. They only move toward the ball when that person is being trapped. How can I get them to move effectively and play offense as a team?
