Seems to me you need some type of continuity offense that will ensure some movement and screening. I suggest taking a look at some of the examples I offer on my free X's and O's page:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page under Coaches - Program Development (From A to Z) and under the Half Court Offense. You will see two examples of continuity offenses for youth programs.
Searching "continuity offense for youth basketball" in google is also another way.
