I am currently a 22 year old JV coach at the high school level. I have been involved with my current school for three years, working my way up to the JV job. I am applying for a job up right up the road, pretty much a job no one wants. When I got my current job I didn't have to interview b/c I was picked by the head coach, and knew everyone in the community. I was wondering what I should expect and be ready for in my first interview, which should be coming shortly. Thanks in advance.
