Where do I start?

My son goes to a small private school and I have been asked if I would help coach his 6th grade basketball team. I have coached baseball for 4+ years but never basketball. Where, especially where on this site, should I start to gather what I need to know to coach effectively for that age group? I want to do well (this team has never fared greatly and wish to change that) and not look like a complete idiot? I'll settle for a partial idiot...LOL
