What I have learned over my coaching years (3) and playing years by watching my coaches and listening is that you need an assistant coach. I have a center that is 6'3 like 180 and is raw as can be. In order for me to get this player where I think he should be I have had to aquire an assistant. Now I have the assistant work with myu bigs while I work with the guarss on shooting drills, etc. And then we scrimmage.
