Sorry guys, wish I could. I am coaching a professional team in Kuwait right now. So, unless you are there, not much I can do. The best I can do is offer you the free workout download on this site and encourage you to "get after it" each day on the court. Practice the drills in the book and work with your coaches and listen to them during the season. Good luck!
