This is an excellent Continuity Offense! Found this in the latest edition of Winning Hoops and it's from coach Bob Rhodin, Head Boys Basketball Coach at Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach, Florida.

The Single-Post Continuity Offense is a motion offense designed to create mismatches and get the ball inside to the post. The post player moves from block to block and is screened each time by a different teammate.

The offense also provides great rebounding balance, screen-the-screener action and outside shot opportunities on ball reversal. The offense works well against man-to-man and zone defenses.

Love the action and entry options into this offense. Especially if you have a team that is perimeter dominant and have one good post that you want to have the ball on the low blocks only.
